If you are experiencing problems with network connections using our Enterprise Server, we may request that you send us the log files.
The log files can be found in the default install folder of the connector under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ITmanager.net\service
Typically there should be between 1 and 5 log files. The names of the log files will look something like
agent-log.txt (latest file)
agent-log-20160117.txt (older files)
