Network Monitor and setting it up

Network monitors will notify you when an entire remote network is not responding. This replaces the current functionality which sent a notification from every monitor on the remote network. This allows us to reduced the number of redundant notifications which occur when a remote network goes down, but also makes it much more customizable.

Setting up a Network Monitor:

1. You need to create a Network monitor which is done via the Monitoring Icon: Click on the Monitors icon(in this screen shot at the bottom the Monitors icon is the selected green icon). Then you add the Network monitor. Click the + button and you will be given the options to set up a monitor for a Network. Choose "Network"
